With a birth doula package you receive the best maternity care. All packages contain what is listed below, the basic package can also be expanded with a placenta encapsulation, traditional belly binding or an additional postpartum nourishment package.
A relaxed meet-and-greet session to get acquainted and discuss your expectations.
Covering birth plans, childbirth options, and the physiology of labor. The second session focuses on techniques for early labor, active labor, and transition, including light touch massage, moxa treatments, acupressure points, hip squeeze/sacral massage, rebozo techniques, Spinning Babies techniques, optimal birth positioning, and more.
Additional guidance and preparation via email/WhatsApp as needed, ensuring you feel well-informed and supported.
Discussing birth plans, protocols, and available choices to align expectations.
Accessible via phone (WhatsApp, SMS/Text, & email) to address any questions or concerns from 38 to 42 weeks.
On-call for uninterrupted attendance and full support during the birth process, with optional birth photography documentation (with consent).
Reflect on the birth story, address breastfeeding questions, and provide postpartum support, including herbal remedies and teas as needed.
